Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on April 27, 2018.  Preceded in death by wife, Joyce. Survived by children, Kathy, Mark (Darla), Bill (Janice), Mike (Jody); grandchildren, Angela (Jeff), Tyler (Eleane), Samantha, Emily (Josh), Alex (Nicole), Karissa, Peter; great grandchildren, Joseph, Austin, Abigail, Natalia, Brooks; siblings, Serge (Beverly) Kaufenberg, Diane (Allen) Volkenant; and many special friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Wednesday, May 2 at Maternity of Mary Catholic Church, 1414 N. Dale St., St. Paul. Visitation at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd. B from 4-7 PM Tuesday and also at church from 9-10 AM Wednesday.  Inurnment:  Ft. Snelling National Cemetery Memorials preferred to either Joseph's Coat or Second Harvest Food Shelf.
