Arline Mary Lasky

(Nee Gervais) Age 99 – Resided at Lyngblomsten Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, June 15, 2018.  Resident of St. Paul her entire life. Upon her graduation from St. Louis grade school, she received a scholarship to attend St. Joseph’s Academy in St. Paul. After her marriage to Frank J. Lasky in 1942 and the birth of their children, they moved to the Como area and attended Maternity of Mary Catholic Church parish. She became a very active member in the Altar and Rosary Society of the church. She was also involved with the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts. Her devotion to her family was matched only by her love of gardening. Later in life Frank and Arline enjoyed wintering in Florida with their oldest daughter Diana and her husband Hal. Long known for her deep love for her family and positive outlook on life, she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Preceded in death by her husband, Frank; daughter, Annette and son-in-law, Hal DeArment. She is survived by her daughter, Diana DeArment; son, Wayne and his wife Ann; grandchildren, Wyatt, Phillip and Grace. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, June 27 at MATERNITY OF MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH CHAPEL, 1414 N. Dale St., St. Paul.  Interment St. John of Little Canada Church Cemetery. Visitation at the church on Wednesday from 9:30 – 10:30 AM.
