Arturs Klavins

Age 86, of St. Paul, passed away on August 29, 2017. ​Arturs was Latvian by birth, but American in spirit. He was proud of his heritage and was active within the local Latvian community. Preceded by parents, Jekabs & Anna; brother, Richard; sister, Lidija; and nephew, Art. Survived by nephew, John (Ann Marie); niece-in-law, Margaret; grandniece & nephews, Luke, Joshua, Kara, Benjamin; and relatives in Latvia. ​Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Wednesday, September 6 at Maternity of Mary Catholic Church, 1414 N. Dale Street, St. Paul. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Visitation 9:30 - 10:30 AM Wednesday, 9/6 at the church.
