Asher John Heinen

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Asher passed away in mom and dad’s loving arms on Monday, December 2nd, 2019. Although taken far too soon, he gave us a lifetime of love during his short time on earth. Asher always had a smile to offer to others. He enjoyed playing with his toys, kicking his toy piano, playing his maracas, listening to music, snuggling close with mom and holding dad’s hand. Saying he was strong and brave is an understatement considering all he had overcome in his short life. Asher had a personality that would light up the room. Any time anyone would need a “pick me up,” Asher was the little guy to see for that. He continually made his parents proud and continues to make an impact on all who knew him.  Asher is survived by his parents, Nicole & Andy Heinen; grandparents, Steve & Mary Heinen and Mark & Sue Omdalen; great-grandparents, Rita Heinen, Mary Nies, and Dorothy Omdalen; aunts, Nicole (Chris) Helgeson and Kim Omdalen; cousin, Archer Helgeson, and his fur brother, Boone. A celebration of Asher’s life will be held on Saturday, December 14 at 12:00 Noon at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Lino Lakes, 7050 Lake Drive (Co Hwy 23). Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 AM – 12 Noon Saturday, December 14. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.  There is no foot too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world.  Asher will forever be in our hearts.
