Age 24, of Centerville, left us on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at his home.Austin was born on September 10, 1993 in St. Paul, MN; the son of Jeffrey B. Schraufnagel and Patti (Vreeland) Schraufnagel.After graduating from Centennial High School with honors, he began his career in the restaurant business; and became a manager.Austin had a love for sports, especially football, and loved his Green Bay Packers. He could quote any statistic one might want to know. He also had a passion for nature and seeing everything beautiful in it, especially the plants. Another thing Austin enjoyed was cooking, he made a great jambalaya. He also would tell his Gramma Nancy when he was a little boy; that he had a “secret ingredient” for the barbeque sauce, and that it was brown sugar. Austin had many things he enjoyed in his pastime. He played video games, loved to draw; was very artistic, and was a good writer. Austin is loved by so many; if you met Austin, you would become a lifetime friend, he was so good to others and he gave the best hugs in the world.Austin is preceded in death by grandparents, Dale Vreeland, Ryan and Nancy Schraufnagel. He is survived by father, Jeffrey B.; mother, Patti (Steven Yeske); sisters, Ashley, Heather (Jason) Rice, Jessica Yeske; grandparents, Madelyn Vreeland, Bob Haberman; nephew, Baby Rice; girlfriend, Kristen; as well as, many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A celebration of life be held 11 AM Saturday, March 10 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-LINO LAKES, 7050 Lake Dr. (Cty Hwy 23).
