Clellmont J. "CJ" Mickelson

Age 85 of Blaine, passed away surrounded by his loving family on October 13, 2021.   Survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Barbara; daughters, Mary (Don) Curtis, Pat (Tim) French, Jackie Austin, Nancy (Jim) Frazer; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Dennis (Sandy); sister, Delores (Denis) Madden; other family and friends. ​CJ retired from Kurt Manufacturing after 40+ years.  He was known for his zest for life, great sense of humor, and endless love of his family.  He was active in many service organizations including his church and the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed fishing, camping, boating, and traveling with his family. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be missed by many.  Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Tuesday, October 19 at ST. JOSEPH OF THE LAKES CATHOLIC CHURCH, 171 Elm St. Lino Lakes.  Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery.  Visitation 4-7 PM Monday at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-LINO LAKES, 7050 Lake Dr (Cty 23) and from 9:30 - 10:30 AM Tuesday at the church.
