Age 66, of Lino Lakes, MN passed away suddenly on September 11, 2021. Dan was born on January 28, 1955. He grew up in Centerville, Minnesota with his parents, Arnold and Shirley, and four siblings, Ken, Kathy, Diane and Doug. He married Barbara McDougall on September 17, 1988. They lived in White Bear Lake, MN for a few years before having their first child, Justin, in 1991. A couple years later they moved to Lino Lakes, MN and had their second child, Rachel, in 1994.Dan worked in printing, operating post-production equipment, for most of his life. He retired in April 2020 and promptly acquired a part-time job as a parts driver for a local automotive store.He enjoyed fishing, cooking, and socializing with anyone and everyone.Dan will be missed dearly.The family is hosting a Celebration of Life on Monday, September 27, from 4-7 pm at the BUNKER HILLS ACTIVITY CENTER, 550 Bunker Lake Blvd. Andover, MN.Thank you so much to our family and friends for all of your support during this time. Your outpouring of love is very much appreciated. Dan was a registered organ donor and was able to donate many organs to research and education. We found some comfort knowing that our tragedy may help save lives in the future. We are very grateful to the Life Source employees who helped us during this time. We are also very grateful to the group of first responders that assisted during Dan’s accident.
