Dennis J. Arrigoni

Age 78.​Passed away peacefully on March 17 in Florida with his wife by his side.​He was preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Virginia Arrigoni; brothers, Joseph and Ronald; and sister, Vickie Heinz.​Dennis is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Jean; sisters, Emmajean Anderson and Gina (Peter) Henly; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and dear friends both here and in Florida. In the 1970's, Dennis owned and operated several successful night clubs in the Saint Paul area. He then went on to work many years in the family terrazzo and concrete business, learning from his father and uncles until he eventually took ownership of Arrigoni Brothers Construction.​Introduced by a family friend in 1988, Dennis met the love of his life, Jean O'Connor. They married in February of 1990.​Dennis enjoyed sports. Golfing and bocce were among his favorites, as well as simply watching the local sports teams. He cherished the time spent on Sunday afternoons with family and friends doing so.​Dennis and Jean loved to travel and were fortunate to not only visit many of our United States, but traveled abroad as well. They experienced the beauty, culture, and cuisine of several countries - enjoying every encounter.​When Dennis and Jean purchased a home in Florida, that then became their favorite travel destination. This was Dennis' happy place. They loved the warm weather and welcoming people and cherished the many wonderful friendships they made in the small community of Caribbean Isles in Apollo Beach.​Dennis will be best remembered for his kindness, gentleness, generosity, and devotion to family and friends particularly his wife and best friend of 32 years, Jean.​He will be dearly missed by all those whose lives he touched. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Thursday, May 12 at GUARDIAN ANGELS CATHOLIC COMMUNITY, 8260 4th Street N. Oakdale, MN. Visitation from 10-11 AM at Church. Interment at Union Cemetery.
