Age 91, of Roseville, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on November 2, 2021.
Preceded in death by his parents, Ervin & Florence (Hillyard) Patrin; wife of 54 years, Carol (Neumann); brother, Richard; sister, Florence Haradon Jones; daughter-in-law,
Deborah (Lee) Patrin; and too many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Don is survived by his children,
Rodney, Donna (Pete) Eitel, George (Pam), Michael (Priscilla); 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
He was firm in his love and loyalty to his wife and family. Donald lived each day with integrity, doing the best he could with the hand he was dealt in life, as witnessed by a poem he recited from memory just months before his death. Don was a lithographer (plate maker) by trade, spending his free time playing golf, and cribbage, achieving Masters Level Champion with a world ranking of 81.
Funeral service 11 AM Monday, November 8 at North Heights Lutheran Church-Roseville, 2701 N. Rice Street (Livestream available at northheights.church/watch-live/). Visitation 3-6 PM Sunday at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale Street at County Road B and also at church on Monday from 10-11 AM. Masks encouraged.
