Einar W. Nordstrom

Age 91, of St. Paul, passed away on August 17, 2017 Preceded in death by wife, Lorraine; son, Dale; 10 siblings; and son-in-law, Gary Braun.  Survived by children, Diane Suchy, Dennis (Janine), Nancy Braun & Judy; 8 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Koester: and daughter-in-law, Tracie. Einar was a longtime VA employee and was an active civic volunteer.  Funeral service: 11:00 AM Friday, August 25 at Bethel Lutheran Church, 670 W. Wheelock Pkwy., St. Paul.  Visitation: 4:00-6:30 PM Thursday at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd. B and also at church on Friday from 10:00-11:00 AM. ​Private Interment: Ft. Snelling National Cemetery In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Mpls. VA Hospice & Palliative Care or Wounded Warrior Project.
