Evelyn Marie Felix

Went to Jesus and her eternal home on September 22, 2017.​

She was born on August 25, 1920 in Buffalo Center, Iowa.  

Preceded in death by husband, Russell Felix; parents, Nels and Elvina (Mathison) Barsness; brothers, Norman and Leon (Beaulah) Barsness; and in-laws, Richard (Doris) Felix.  

Survived by her daughters, Linda (Norm) Fitch and Jane (Bob) Burmeister; sons, Mark (Ellen) and David (Sandy); 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Lannie Barsness; and nieces & nephews.  

A lifelong resident of Mason City, Iowa, Evelyn was a para-professional in elementary education. She enjoyed bridge, golf and social gatherings with family and friends. From 2003 she resided in Little Canada, MN.

Her funeral will be held at NORTH HEIGHTS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2701 N. Rice St., Roseville, on Saturday, September 30 at 10 AM. Visitation at the church from 9-10 AM Saturday. Burial will be in Olena Mound Cemetery in Buffalo Center, Iowa at 3PM Saturday.
