He grew up surrounded by family and friends always interested in sports. In high school Frank participated in Track and of course football. It was the thought of playing football that brought him to Duluth Minnesota. Frank attended the University of Minnesota where he played football while pursuing his degree in physical fitness and kinesiology.  Frank was a successful personal trainer working at different fitness studios around the cities. He also attended Globe College to become a certified massage therapist. Frank loved spending time with his family and was an avid football fan. Frank was 8 credits away from completing his Masters degree in sports psychology.  Frank was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer at the end of February 2017. He wished to complete three things before his passing. The graduation of his oldest daughter Hailee, which he saw on June 9, 2017. The birth of his daughter Isley MIryua, which he saw July 10, 2017. He also wished to marry his long-time love Andrea. Frank and Andrea were married on Sunday September 3rd, two days before his passing.  Although Frank is no longer on this earth, his spirit, his memory, his legacy will live on in his children and the many people who loved him. A memorial service in Texas is planned.
