George I. Nielsen

Age 73, of Forest Lake. ​Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on March 3, 2022 after a short battle with lung cancer. Preceded by his parents, George Sr. and Mary Jane; in-laws, Orville and Audrey Gunderson; sister-in-law, Julie Ann Gunderson; brother-in-law, Gary Gunderson.  Survived by wife of 51 years, Linda Nielsen; children, Rhonda (Paul) Olson, Ann (Dan) Sagendorf, Scot ( Lisi) Nielsen, 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, and nephews.  Memorial service 11 AM Monday, March 14 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N Dale Street at County Rd B. Visitation from 10-11 AM Monday at the funeral home.
