Grace L. Netteberg

Grace passed away on February 26, 2025. 

She was born on January 25, 1931, to William Pulkrabek and Clara (Daak) Pulkrabek at their home in St. Paul, Minnesota. She was baptized (1931), confirmed (1943) and married Frandell Netteberg (1955), all at Faith Lutheran Church. She later joined the Unitarian Church. She graduated from Wilson High School with honors in 1948. She was mother to three children, Frandell Jr. (Benita) of Roseville, Eric (Julie) of Little Canada, and Peter (Vernell) of Richmond, Virginia. After raising her children, she graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in History (Phi Beta Kappa) in 1981. 

Grace is survived by her children; five grandchildren, Dayna, Anna, Max, Sofie, and Andrew; siblings, Carol Olson (Donald), Earl (Nancy), and Donna Heille (James); sisters-in-law, Dorothy Pulkrabek and Mary Pulkrabek; numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings Audrey, Gerane, Joan, Willard, and Roy. 

Memorial Service 11:00 AM Friday, March 7 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 North Dale Street at County Road B. Visitation 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the funeral home. 

Memorials preferred to the Friends of the Ramsey County Public Library.
