Preceded in death by husband, Harvey; and sisters, Anna “Bernice” McKillop and Lillian Tridgell.
Survived by children, Steve (Sandi) Knutie, Darrell Knutie, and Linda (Tim) Dahlager; grandchildren, Sarah, Erin, Madison, and Miles; other much-loved family and friends.Grace Granose was born in Duluth, Minnesota, the youngest of three sisters. Grace grew up in the West End area of Duluth, and attended Denfeld High School until she had to drop out to take care of her parents. After marrying Harvey Knutie, she lived in the Central Hillside and Central Entrance areas of Duluth. After the death of her husband, Grace lived at Pennel Park Commons in Duluth and Edgewood Vista in Hermantown before moving to the Twin Cities Area in 2012. Grace enjoyed playing Skip-bo and bingo, and the company of family and friends at Lino Lakes Assisted Living.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 8 at 11 AM at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Lino Lakes, 7050 Lake Drive (Co Hwy 23). Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 10-11 Thursday. Grace will be privately interred at Pine Hill Cemetery in Duluth.
