Henry Edward Kieselhorst

Age 96 of Roseville, MN

Passed away peacefully on February 23, 2025 at Lyngblomsten, Lino Lakes, MN

Born in Minneapolis June 11, 1928 and raised in St. Paul, MN with three brothers and one sister. Henry also served our country in the Marine Corps from 1946 - 1948. Henry married the woman he picked up hitchhiking July 7, 1951. They adopted two beautiful children: Lory and John.

Henry worked in the Traffic Dept at the Ford Motors plant in Highland Park from 1961 until he retired in December 1987. His wife, Lois, worked as an accountant in St. Paul.

Preceded in death by wife of 60 years, Lois; parents, Russell and Rose (Nielsen); siblings, Robin (Dean), Daniel, Steven (Fran), James (Claudia); brothers-in-law, Arthur (Marcella) Wiegele, Lawrence (Geri) Wiegele; daughter-in-law, Dorothea. 

Survived by his children, Lory Whittet and John; granddaughters, Kari Oostveen and Amy (Nick) Rhodes; great-grandchildren, Hayden, Adam, and Addie; brother-in-law, Edward (Marie) Wiegele; also many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Henry loved walking Central Park in Roseville daily. He had many friends there, always stopping to chat. We also spent many fun years with family up on Knife Lake, MN. 

Funeral service 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 5 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Road B. Visitation from 10-11 AM. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
