Age 93, of St. Paul, passed away on October 18, 2021.Preceded in death by husband, Mike; son, Thomas “Butch”; daughter, Della; and 8 siblings. Survived by daughter, Vivian; grandchildren, Robert, Norman, Treena Mathews, Johnny; 7 great grandchildren; brother, John (Maureen) Hernandez; and sisters, Connie Rivera & Lucy Franco. Isabel was a blessed believer and member of The Way Ministry. Memorial service 11:00 AM Thursday, November 11 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale Street at County Road B. Visitation from 10-11 AM Thursday.
