Jacqueline A. Allen

Age 94, of St. Paul, passed away at home, surrounded by family, on August 15, 2017.​Born in Charlotte, NC,  Jackie spent most of her life living in St. Paul and the surrounding suburbs.  She served in the US Navy and was very proud of her service.  Married to Lorin "Doc" Allen in 1950 and they were together until his sudden passing in 1973.  Preceded in death by her parents, siblings and husband.  Survived by children, Steve (Cheryl), Dave (Mary), Lori Nordgaard (Rob Haacke), Patti Neavin (Ron) and Chris Glubka.  She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many loving friends.  She was a kind and generous woman who will be missed by many.  Funeral Service: 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 22 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2335 Edgerton St., Little Canada. Visitation at the church from 10:00-11:00 AM Tuesday. Private Interment: Ft.
