James G. Bloes

Jim passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 12, 2024, at age 91. Resident of Roseville.   

Jim grew up in Waterloo, Iowa and joined the Air Force in 1951. In 1952 he married his high school sweetheart, Beverly. After his time in the service, they moved to Roseville where they raised their family. After Beverly’s passing, he later married Mary Jane. Jim spent his career working at Scicom Data Services in Minnetonka as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. After retiring he spent his winter months in Fountain Hills, Arizona.

Jim is preceded in death by his wife, Beverly.

He is survived by his five children, Tim (Carol), Michele (Mike) Cuppy, Theresa, Steve (Michele), Suzanne (Steven) Rustad; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

The family is incredibly grateful to the staff at Cardigan Ridge for the outstanding care they provided.

Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Friday, February 16 at ST. ROSE OF LIMA CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2048 Hamline Avenue North, Roseville, MN. Visitation 9 – 10 AM Friday at the church.

Memorials preferred to donor’s choice in lieu of flowers.
