Jan M. Filipek

Of Roseville (proud Winter Texan). Passed away peacefully on December 5, 2020 at the age of 81.  Born February 17, 1939. She was raised in Lonsdale, MN.  Jan is preceded in death by her parents, Dutch and Mayme Janousek.  She will be greatly missed by her husband of 61 years, Jerry; her children, Cindy (Tom Johnson) of St. Paul, Mike (Tami) of Dayton, MT, and Tom (Karen) of Hugo; grandchildren, Chelsea (Mike) Johnson, Liz (Jade) DeMarais, Zach (Cortney) Filipek, Brandon (Jessie) Ryerson, Molly (Dustin) Hartong, Nate Johnson (Alex Chronowski), Nick Johnson (Morgan) and Grace Johnson (Nick Bailles); thirteen great grandchildren; sisters-in-law Pat Baker and Susan (William) Fynboh, extended family and friends throughout the country. A memorial visitation will be held Friday, August 13 from 3-7 PM at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME- ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd B. PLEASE NOTE: Due to road construction, the intersection of Dale and County Road B is closed to through traffic; the funeral home can only be accessed from the south, by travelling northbound from Larpenteur Ave.
