Joanne M. Rogowski

Joanne Marie Rogowski (Westaby), age 88, peacefully passed away on June 20, 2024. Her lifelong love of family was honored to the end with family members gathered at her side

She was born November 19, 1935, in Stanley, Wisconsin, to James and Gladys Westaby, After graduating High School she married Stanley Rogowski, and they began the family to which she devoted the majority of her life to.

Stanley pursued electronics studies in Illinois and they eventually moved to Roseville, MN where they raised their family of 4 boys (David, Duane, Roger & Ricky). Joanne worked for 35 years at Kmart in women's apparel. She was giddy about the daily blue light special. In her free time, Joanne loved to do puzzles. Her infectious laugh made her family and friends smile. Every time they traveled somewhere new, she would collect spoons, saucers, and cups. She supported the boys with all of their schooling and sports activities and later in life, did the same for her grandkids and great-grandkids.

Joanne was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley; her two sons, Roger and Ricky; and grandson, Randy.

She is survived by sons, David (Karrie) Rogowski and Duane (Kelly) Rogowski; Kathy, wife of Roger; and Marnie, mother of Jack. She is also survived by grandchildren respectively, Jason (Brittney) Rogowski, Jenna (Dan) DeMilio, Kayla (Jeremy) Maniak, Travis Rogowski, Darrin (Haley) Rogowski, Heidi Rogowski, Jack (Morgan) Rogowski; and great-grandchildren respectively, Cole and Hudson Rogowski, Jackson, Isabella, and Reese DeMilio, and Daxton, Dominic and Donovan Maniak.

A Celebration of Life for Joanne will be held from 2-5 PM Sunday, July 21 at the B-Dale Club, 2100 N. Dale St., Roseville
