Joan V. Bruggemann

Age 77, of Shoreview, passed away on July 29, 2021. Preceded in death by husband, Eugene; brothers, Martin Jr., Edward, Robert, Thomas & Donald O'Connor; sister, Lillian Koehn; and grandsons, Jacob & Nicholas Roberts. Survived by children, Connie, Eugene (Karen), Antoinette "Toni" (John) Maas; grandchildren, Kristine (Eric), Brenda (Mike), Danielle, Samantha (Travis), Taylor (Karl), Nathan; great grandchildren, Alexis & Rolland; sisters-in-law, Frances & Beverly; also many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews; and many other relatives & friends.  Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Friday, August 6 at the Catholic Community of St. Odilia, 3495 N. Victoria St., Shoreview. Visitation from 4-8 PM Thursday at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd. B and also at church on Friday from 10-11 AM. (Due to road construction, the intersection of Dale & County Road B is closed. The  funeral home can only be accessed via Dale St northbound from Larpenteur Ave.)  Interment Elmhurst Cemetery. ​In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
