Age 83, formerly of Oshkosh, WI passed away from the devastating disease of Alzheimer’s on July 31, 2022.
She was born on October 16, 1938 to the late Frank and Theresa Jungwirth.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roger Warner.
She was a graduate of Oshkosh High School class of 1956. She was a bank teller for many years in Oshkosh before moving to Minnesota to be closer to her children and grandchildren.
She was a passionate Badger and Packer fan. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. You could always find her sitting in the sunshine with a Diet Coke on ice. Her love and laughter will be missed by all.
Joan is survived by her four children, Michelle (Randy) Johnson, Paul (Holly) Warner, Mara (Scott) Schramm, and Marc (Erin) Warner; her grandchildren, Kirsten, Kayla, Jack, Josh, Nev, Bode, Tate, Violet, and Sammy. She is also survived by her siblings, Thomas Jungwirth, Greg Jungwirth, Mary Patnode, and her Warner Family sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
A private ceremony will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in the near future.
