Born 1/13/63, Melbourne, Australia to Latvian immigrants Vitolds & Jadviga Plaucs. Survived by sister Irena (Kent George) & niece, Ana.   Blessed with faith, embrace of family & friends; gifts of music, written word & fabulous sense of humor. His courage & stamina, heroic, standing up, time & time again, to face the traumatic consequences of his disease/disability & doing the work to heal.  Let us be God's hands of love, healing & compassion in one another's life journey.  Janis' journey continues...   Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Wednesday, September 29 at The Church of St. Thomas More, 1079 Summit Ave., St. Paul. Visitation at the church from 9:30-10:30 AM Wednesday.  Interment Roselawn Cemetery.
