On Monday, March 14th, John J. Kaiser of St. Paul passed away suddenly at 51 years old surrounded by his beloved family. John is preceded in death by grandparents, Joe and Lorraine Lalley, Jack and Maxine Kaiser; uncle, Michael Lalley. John is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Mary; daughter, Mikayla; parents, Vickey and John; brother, David (Heidi); and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. John grew up in Saint Paul and attended St. Agnes High School. He was very proud of being a 13-year Aggie. He then attended Concordia University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in business and marketing. John worked at Target for more than 30 years, starting as a seasonal employee at Midway Target as a teenager where he worked with his mom, Vickey. He met the love of his life, his wife, Mary, who also worked there with John and Vickey. Through the years he received many promotions and held many roles throughout Target Corporation. He ended his career as a Senior Marketing Manager. He was loved by his colleagues and made a lasting impact on each and every one he worked with through the years. He was known for his leadership, incredible sense of humor, hard work ethic and passion for his work. John and Mary were married October 5, 2002, and built a beautiful life together with their daughter, Mikayla. He was a devoted and dedicated husband and dad. John adored Mary and Mikayla and the three of them were inseparable. They loved to go to concerts, travel together both around the state, country and internationally. John was also passionate about music, photography, their dogs Bailey and Nico and spending time with he and Mary’s families and friends. John left a mark on everyone he met and will be remembered for his witty sense of humor, larger than life personality, making everyone smile and laugh and for his immense love for his wife, daughter, parents, brother, and extended family. John would do anything for his family and friends and will be dearly missed and always remembered. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Monday, March 21 at MATERNITY OF MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1414 N. Dale St., St. Paul followed by a luncheon at Ideal Hall. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation 3-7 PM Sunday at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale Street at County Road B, and from 9:30 – 10:30 AM Monday at the church.
