Proud Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather​Age 89, of Roseville Passed away surrounded by family on April 1, 2019 of heart failure.​Preceded in death by son, Daniel; parents, Joseph and Catherine; and sister, Laverne Scott. Survived by wife, Connie; son, Joseph (Denise); daughter, Dayna Laber (Noe Salgado); five grandsons, Joseph, Nick, Chris, Mike, and Edson; one granddaughter, Lexah; one great-grandson, Finnley; sister, Carol McMillin; other family and friends. An Army veteran who was retired from 3M Aviation, Joe loved fishing and spending time at his cabin on Martin Lake. Funeral service 1 PM Monday, April 8 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N Dale St at Co Rd B. Interment Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home from 11 AM – 1 PM Monday.
