Joseph M. Carino

Joseph Michael Carino, 67, of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, died unexpectedly from complications due to cardiac arrest on November 26, 2022 at United Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.​Joseph enlisted in the Army in 1972 and served for 20 years. He retired with an honorable discharge. During his military career, he fought in the Gulf War as a field medic, where he received a "Bronze Star" for his heroic service.​He is survived by his girlfriend of the past 16 years, Susan Walseth; his mother, Betty Wilson of Circle Pines, Minnesota; and his father, Joseph Carino, Sr. of  Hudson, Florida.​Joseph is also survived by three daughters: Austin Wessel (Edwin) of Phoenix, Arizona, Taylor Carino of San Luis Obispo, California and Caitlin Carino of Galesville, Wisconsin; and two sons: John Carino (Jezzerae) of Buffalo City, Wisconsin and Jacob Carino of Galesville, Wisconsin; two granddaughters: Addilyn Carino and Sofia Carino; brothers, Dave (Patty) and Fred.​Per Joseph's wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no funeral services.
