Judith Ina Mohar (née Maki)

Age 82, of Roseville, passed away on June 12, 2023.

Preceded in death by husband, Bob; son, Daniel Mohar; daughter, Lori Rutledge; son-in-law, Ed Rutledge; and daughter-in-law, Martha Mohar.

Survived by children, Deb (Steve) Garofalo, Rob (Renee) Mohar, Jim Mohar, Mike Mohar; daughter-in-law, Christy Mohar; grandchildren, Anthony "Ike", Maria, Nicole, Rachel, Annamarie, Devin, Isabella, Emilia, Gabrielle; and siblings, Ken (Charlotte) Maki, Rudy Maki, Diane Sarkela, David (Betty) Maki, Lois Maki, Rick Maki, Harold (Cathy) Maki, Cindy (Roger) Nelson and Jeanne (David) Bombich.

Judy was born on the Iron Range to Nels & Ina Maki. She moved to the Twin Cities with her husband, Bob, in 1959. She raised six children and continued her education at Hamline University, and was a longtime special education teacher in St. Paul Public Schools. She enjoyed playing piano and singing. She also loved to entertain her family and friends. Her time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, was her most cherished.  

Celebration of Life 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 21 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home (Roseville), 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd. B. Visitation at the funeral home from 10-11 AM Wednesday.
