Kurt H. Schultz

Kurt Harold Schultz passed away July 25, 2020 peacefully at home in Mission, TX, with his faithful dog, Zoe, by his side. Almost 9 years to the day his beloved Betty passed away.  Kurt was born on August 14, 1923 in Morristown, MN, to Arthur and Alma Schultz.  He proudly served in the United States Army from 1943 – 1945 where he met the love of his life, his Betty. They were married on December 10, 1944. They raised four children together.  Kurt was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Betty.  He is survived by his children, Linda (Fred) Strub, John Schultz, Becki (Tim) Smith, Bobbi (Bob) Webber; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. He is also survived by his sister, Ardella (Gordon) Hultman; niece, nephews, and friends.  There will be a graveside memorial service at Concordia Cemetery, Morristown, MN on Monday, August 10 at 1:00 PM. The family requests memorials to Spirit of Peace Lutheran Church, Mission, TX.
