On February 4th, we lost our dear dad. He was a Korean War Vet. We are grateful that dad’s suffering is finally over, and that dad has been reunited with our loving mother, Barbara. Dad was never the same after mom passed away in 2016. Dad’s grief was deep & he was lost without his constant companion. Our parents were married for 56 years, and dad wanted 56 more years!
Mom & Dad had a wonderful retirement. They loved each other deeply, and they traveled the world together. They had an endless list of friends, and they adored them all. We are at peace knowing that our parents are together once again. They are missed so very much until we see them again with our Father in heaven.
Our parents' children: Cari Gonser (Richard), Steve Reil (Kara), Lisa Michaels (Jimmy), & Scott Reil (Alana); nine grandchildren: Angie (Adam), Lindsey, Kevin, Emma, Kate, Merilee (Jeff), Matthew (Christina), Peter, & Brad; three great- grandchildren: Owen, Roman & Dominic.
Memorial Service 12:00 Noon on Saturday, February 26 at ST. MARK LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1 North Rd., Circle Pines. Lunch to follow the Memorial Service. Visitation 4-7 PM Friday at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-LINO LAKES, 7050 Lake Dr. (County Hwy 23).
