Marina Manos Emms, age 19, of Woodbury, MN, beloved daughter, passed away as a passenger in a tragic car accident on September 5, 2021.Preceded in death by grandfather, James Emms, and grandmother, Louise Emms (“Grandma Louie”).Survived by loving parents, Thomas and Laura (Manos) Emms, and her cherished dog, Winston; grandparents (“Yiaya” and “Papou”) Michael and Christina Manos; aunts & uncles: Andrea “Auntie D” & Tom Decker, Laurie & Rocky Larson, Cathy Washenberger, and Theresa & Roger Uphoff; plus many loving cousins and friends. Marina graduated from Woodbury High School, Class of 2020. She was an accomplished Varsity gymnast, Varsity high school cheerleader for the Woodbury Royals football team, and photographer. She loved horses, dogs, the outdoors, and fashion. Beautiful both inside and out, Marina was a shining light to all who knew her, and she touched so many lives with her magnetic personality, kindness, and beautiful smile and soul. To say she will be missed forever is an enormous understatement. Visitation will take place from 4-7 PM on Tuesday, September 14 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home (Roseville), 2130 N. Dale Street at County Road B. Visitation will also be held from 12-1 PM Wednesday, September 15 at the Roselawn Cemetery Chapel, 803 W. Larpenteur Ave, Roseville, with a celebration of Marina’s life beginning at 1 PM. Marina will be laid to rest at Roselawn following the service.
