Martin R. Fabian

Age 56, of Lino Lakes, passed away in his sleep on December 17, 2021. Martin was born on December 17, 1965, in Prague, Czech Republic (former Czechoslovakia), to Liboslav (Lee) and Vladimira (Vladka) Fabian (nee Pohlova). He moved to the United States at the age of three and grew up in New Brighton, MN. He received a BA in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. He married LeeAnn Nimmo Fabian in 1993 and they have two children, Sydney (age 26) and Parker (age 25). Martin worked as an IT engineer running his own business for over 15 years, and then worked at an engineering firm. Martin shared his engaging personality and love of sports with his friends and family. He especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends on Long Lake in New Brighton and on winter ski trips in Vail, CO. He always loved being on the water and was an expert water skier in his younger years. He will be remembered as a devoted father and will be dearly missed.  He is survived by his parents, Vladka and Lee; wife, LeeAnn; children, Sydney and Parker; brother, Peter; sister-in-law, Lindsey; nieces, Annika and Leah; and cousins, Veronika, Tom, Honza, and PJ.  Memorial visitation from 4:30-6:30 PM Monday,  December 27 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Lino Lakes, 7050 Lake Dr. (County Hwy. 23).
