Mary Jane Hvinden

Mary Jane Hvinden, age 67, passed away peacefully in the presence of loving family on January 13, 2020.​She has gone to heaven to join her father Russel & Rose Dupuis, brother John and sister Carol. Mary was born in St. Paul, raised her children in Fridley, and resided in Spring Lake Park, MN. She lived life as a devoted Catholic and follower of Christ. Mary had a passion to connect with people. She was the world's best pen pal, writing letters to friends and family all throughout her life. Her days were filled with phone calls and endless voicemails we will treasure forever. She always had the best jokes, knew where to find the best garage sales to seek treasures, and had the best dice game - ‘smokin'.​Mary was a loving mother to her two surviving daughters Brenda Anderson (Tom) and Kathy DuCharme. Gramma Mary is survived by her four grandchildren; Nicole, Tanner, Alexis, Alyssa and two great grandchildren, Bentley & Aubrie, all were the love and light of her life. She will be missed dearly by her best friend and sister Theresa Sherrard. She is also survived by her siblings Theresa, Ron, Mike, Debbie, Gary and Linda along with cousins and friends.​Our mom and Gramma Mary will be deeply missed and always be remembered for the joy and happiness she shared with those around her.​Private services and interment at St. Joseph’s Church Cemetery in Lino Lakes.
