Mary Jane Dellwo

Age 90, of Pine River; formerly of St. Paul.​Passed away Sunday, August 6, 2017 at the Good Samaritan in Pine River. Mary was born October 22, 1926 to Morris and Sarah (nee Padden) Sorenson in St. Paul.  She was married to LaVern Dellwo. Survivors include sons, Stephen (Vivian) Dellwo and Larry (Mary Ellen) Dellwo; daughters, Donna (Ken) Swenson and Barbara Oestreich; 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.Mary was preceded in death by her husband, LaVern; son, Daniel; and son-in-law, Greg Oestreich. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Maternity of Mary Catholic Church, 1414 N. Dale Street, St. Paul.  Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation at the church from 9:30-10:30 AM Tuesday 8/22. In lieu of flowers, Mary’s family prefers donations be made to the Cure Alzheimer’s Association, 34 Washington Street, Suite 200, Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts 02481.
