Megan E. Rineck

Megan Rineck, age 37, of New Brighton, MN, passed away unexpectedly on August 10, 2024 after losing her courageous battle with Juvenile Diabetes and kidney failure.

Megan was born July 2, 1987 in Chippewa Falls, WI to Roger Rineck and Karen Chartrand (Stumpf). Megan grew up in Lino Lakes, MN and graduated from Centennial High School where she met many of her life long friends and later where she found her career working for the Centennial District Office as a Lead Administrative Assistant. She loved her job and the people she worked with who became a second family to her.

Her joys were reading, singing and capturing the memories of time spent with the people she loved.

Megan was a caring sister, daughter, aunt, friend, and coworker. Megan will be remembered for her fun and bubbly personality, beauty, intelligence, and enormous heart. Her love for her family and friends was obvious to all who knew her.

Her favorite title was that of aunt. Above all else she loved spending time with nieces and nephews taking selfies, being silly and making them smile.

She will be dearly missed by her parents, Roger (Rebecca) Rineck and Karen (Lyle) Chartrand; siblings, Michelle (Scott) Shaurette, Mark (Heidi) Schwarz, Michael (Patty) Rineck, Molly Rineck (Austin Torvinen), Andrew (Taylor) Rineck, and Adam (Alyssa) Rineck; grandmother, Jacqueline Stumpf; nieces and nephews, Gwenyth, Adelyn, Brik, Cecelia, Riley and Stassi; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence and Meiko Rineck; and grandfather, Donald “Ez” Stumpf.

A Graveside Ceremony will be held in Chippewa Falls, WI at a later date.
