Beloved by many, Michael R. Gallagher died on June 1st, 2017, after a short illness. He was born on December 4, 1930, in Waseca, the youngest child of Justice Frank Gallagher and Belle Gallagher. Michael served in the Air Force for 4 years during the cold war era. After military service, he graduated from William Mitchell College of Law.
