Patricia A. Jordahl (Falk)

Age 78, of Roseville​Formerly of Eau Claire, WI​Patricia passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on December 18, 2017 following a battle with COPD.  Preceded in death by her parents, Carl & Marie Falk; and brother, Roger.  Survived by husband, Brent; daughters, Teresa (Scott) Greseth and Kim (Chris) Isdahl; son, Erik (Bridget); grandchildren, Nick & Ellie, Holly & Rebecca, and Aiden; and brother, Bill Falk.  She was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother. She was loved so much, and will be greatly missed.  Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Friday, December 29 at ST. ROSE OF LIMA CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2048 N. Hamline Ave., Roseville. Private Interment. Visitation at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale St. @ Cty Rd B from 4-7 PM Thursday and at the church from 9-10 AM Friday.
