Paula K. Solon

Amazing mother and friend. Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ann Tool; and by her sisters, Joanne Walsh and Maureen Scott. Age 76, Paula passed away Tuesday March 8, 2022 in her home. Survived by her daughter, Tracy, and her children by choice, Judy, David, and Vernard; and other family members, Josette, David, Cindy, and Nan. Paula devoted her life to helping people. Achieved her doctorate in psychology in 1993 at the University of Minnesota and later became a professor at Twin Cites colleges, most recently St Mary’s University-Minneapolis campus. Her passion was to enable students to be caring and effective clinicians in the helping fields. Paula did not wish to have a service, so her daughter is honoring that request.
