Age 37, of Roseville, passed away on February 5, 2023.Preceded in death by grandparents, Allan Weber and Norbert & Venita Dietz.Survived by parents, Mike & Mary; brother, Justin (Beth Venit); grandmother, Noreen Weber; aunts & uncles, Jeff Dietz (Nicki Meyer), Joe (Paula) Weber, Mark Weber, Jim Weber (Laura Feldhusen), Sara Weber (Bob Hurlbett), Clare Weber; cousins, Andrew Weber, Katie Reitman, Chris Weber, Elizabeth Ziemer, Natalie Norman, Jessica Stark, Carly Dietz; extended relatives; and many friends.Phillip was a 2004 Roseville High School graduate and 2009 University of Wisconsin-Stout graduate with a degree in Business Administration.Mike and I wish to celebrate the life of our son, Phillip. We loved him so very much and we are devastated. He was such a brilliant light that he lit up a room with energy and smiles and love. He was kind and generous and caring to family and friends. He was always there for his friends and family, doing whatever was needed to help or support them. He was such a hard worker and always wanted to do his best.
