Phyllis L. Wenzel

Age 89, of Linwood. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on January 17, 2020.  Preceded in death by husband, Ellsworth "Sonny"; brother, Richard Nelson and son-in-law, Paul Scribner.  Survived by son, Doug (Pam) Wenzel, daughter, Deb Scribner; grandchildren, Brett (Tami) Wenzel, Kristen Ellis, Lisa (Jamie) Reinertson and Jen Brabant; great-grandchildren, Gavin, Savanna, Karley and McKenna; brother, Robert (Shirley) Nelson; sister, Marian (Peter) Wojciechowski; many additional relatives and a host of wonderful, caring friends.  Funeral service 11 AM Saturday, January 25 at GETHSEMANE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 7330 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes. Interment Rice Lake Methodist Cemetery. Visitation 4-8 PM Friday, January 24 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-LINO LAKES, 7050 Lake Drive and at the church one hour prior to service.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
