Raymond Edward Brown Sr.

Age 88, of St. Paul, passed away on April 8, 2022.​Preceded in death by wife, Eva Mae; son, Raymond E. Brown, Jr.; and sisters, Stephanie Jenkins & Loretta Broome.  Survived by children, Stephanie (Andre Tellis), Michael (Kari); grandchildren, Angelo, Andre, Anthony, Alonzo, Tiana, Kalen; great granddaughter, Camilla; and sister, Carolyn Davis of Cleveland, OH.  Raymond served in the Army following graduation from Lincoln University of Missouri, where he played basketball. He worked for the Federal Government for 42 years. He was a community leader, coach & mentor in St. Paul for several decades. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.  Funeral service 1:00 PM Saturday, April 16 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. at County Road B. Visitation at the funeral home from 12 Noon – 1 PM Saturday.​Private interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
