Renee D. Greengard

Age 65 of Roseville, formerly of Fargo, ND passed away peacefully in her home with her children by her side on January 9, 2025. 

Renee lived in Roseville, MN where she started her career in labor and delivery Nursing after graduating from North Dakota State University. From there Renee went on to become a Nurse Practitioner after achieving a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Minnesota, later being named a fellow. From teaching in university settings to practicing in corrections, Renee provided mentorship, guidance and set the bar for Nursing through empathy and immensely caring for all of her patients which she proved in every interaction in her career. Renee loved to craft and sew, but one of her biggest passions was traveling as she believed it allowed us to see the world differently, which she thoroughly enjoyed with her friends and family over many years. 

Preceded in death by parents, Myron and Marilyn Greengard; sister, Andrea Snell. 

Survived by daughter, Michele (Steve) Silkett; son, Christopher (Andrea) Luna; grandchildren, Joseph, Marissa, Samantha and Aden Silkett, Carmen and Christopher Luna. 

Memorial service 12 Noon Sunday, January 19 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd. B. Visitation from 11 AM until time of service.
