Roberta Jean Peterson

At the age of 61, passed away unexpectedly in bed.​Survived by her son, Jeramie (Roxanne) Burgoon; grandchildren, Jacob, Cora, Anatehya and Ty; sisters, Cheryl (Steve) Elfstrom Karen (Rick) Miller; brother, Lee (Colleen) Peterson and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and LaVerne Peterson.  Roberta will be remembered for her fun loving, quick witted creative spirit. She loved cooking and the outdoors, surrounded by God’s beauty and flowers. She was hard working and a care provider with a special love for the young, handicapped and elderly. She loved God and her family with a great passion and will be greatly missed.  Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Tuesday, February 18 at ST. GENEVIEVE’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7087 Goiffon Rd., Centerville. Visitation at the church from 10 – 11 AM Tuesday.
