Robert F. Siegel

Age 95 - Of Roseville; died peacefully on June 23, 2017. ​Bob was born September 2, 1921 in St. Paul. He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII from 1943 - 1946. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fredrick and Lillian Siegel; sisters, Dorothy Fischer, Gertrude Nelson, and Helen Ryan. Survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Betty; sons, William (Lynn)  and James (Karen); daughter, Janet (Brad) Peterson; grandchildren, Michael (Emily) Siegel, Stephanie (Daniel) Sagstetter, and Ryan Peterson; great-grandchildren, David, Robert, Matthew and Samuel;  also nieces and nephews. Memorial service 3:00 PM Thursday, June 29 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME - ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale St. @ County Rd B. Visitation from 2-3 PM Thursday. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.  The family would like to thank the staff at EagleCrest for their wonderful care of Bob. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor's choice.
