Ruth M. Odegard

Age 78 of Roseville, on August 11, 2017​Ruth was a faithful member of New Life Evangelical Lutheran Church, Shoreview, MN.  She was the eldest child of Peter & Myrtle Odegard, and a graduate of Mankato State University.  Ruth taught elementary school in the Anoka school district for many years. Ruth is survived by her brother Ralph Peter Odegard and many friends.​The family would like to thank the staff at the Estates of Roseville for their care and kindness, as well as friends Ruth Strubel and Amber Hanson for the extra effort given to Ruth in her time of need.  God bless you.​Graveside Service 1:00 PM Friday, August 18 at WOODLAND HILLS MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY, 1605 Woodland Ave., Mankato.  Memorial Service 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 6 at NEW LIFE EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 180 Cty Rd F., Shoreview.  Visitation from 10 – 11 AM Wednesday at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to New Life Church.
