Sheila L. Espinoza

Sheila L. Espinoza, age 76 of St. Paul, Minnesota, passed away on October 31, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Espinoza; parents, Betty Kibble, William Kibble and Arnold Day; and brothers, Kelly Day and Edward Adams.

She is survived by her sons, Matthew, Christopher and Dayon; siblings, Terry (Susan), Sharon (Grant), Tomie (Mark), Ali, Regina, Pamela (Tom), and William Jr; her grandchildren, great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

Sheila’s life was characterized by her commitment to her family and friends. Her dedication to the art of cooking, baking and candy making is legendary. She loved to feed people.

A visitation to celebrate Sheila's life will be held from 1-4 PM Saturday, November 23 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home - Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. at County Road B.
