Shirley J. Howell

Age 70, of Circle Pines, MN died Monday, December 20, 2021 at her home. Shirley was born on November 1, 1951, in Charles City, IA to the late Marylee Deneen and Donald Raasch. She married Richard Howell on September 13, 2000. Shirley was an avid reader, crafter, and scrapbooker. She loved researching genealogy and ancestry. Shirley also loved to shop. She was a very giving person who loved her family unconditionally.​She is preceded in death by her parents, Marylee Deneen and Donald Raasch; step-father, Bob Deneen; brother-in-law, Robert Ritter; and in-laws, Robert and Vivian Howell.    ​Survivors include her husband, Richard; son, Jason Davis; daughter, Jaime (Derek) Deichmann; step-daughter, Cindy Howell; stepson, Rich Howell; three grandchildren, Tristen (Lacie) Davis, Claudia Davis, and Douglas Deichmann; step-grandchildren, Samantha Howell, Brad Howell, Dylan Howell, Courtney Howell, Reanna Howell, Trisha Howell, Jennifer Runnion, and Ryan Howell; and many great-grandchildren; sisters, Joann Ritter and Kelly (Matt) Beltz; brothers, Bob (Julie) Deneen, Rick Deneen, and John Deneen; along with all of her nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.​Memorial service 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 29 at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-LINO LAKES, 7050 Lake Drive (County Hwy 23).  Visitation 10-11 AM Wednesday at the funeral home.  Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date.
