Susan Molin (Aune)

Age 64, of Mahtomedi, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2020 at Regions Hospital after a long battle with heart disease and diabetes.  

Suz was born in Duluth, MN on November 26, 1955 and grew up in Roseville. After graduating from Alexander Ramsey H.S., she continued her education to become an RN. She always had a passion for caring for others, from her work as a home health nurse to taking the role of  "second mother" to her kids' friends.On March 18, 1978 Sue married the love of her life, Randy Molin. They raised their three children in Roseville and spent almost every weekend at their cabin near Birchwood, WI. Suz loved traveling and sharing adventures with Randy and their family. Suzi had a whole room dedicated to her endless creating and crafting. She had a knack for home and cabin decor. She was also the ultimate hostess and enjoyed spending time at the cabin with family and friends (as long as you brought your own towel). 

Susie was preceded in death by parents, Edward & MaeBelle Aune, and brother, Robert Aune. 

Survived by loving & devoted husband, Randy; children, Erik (Mindy), Rachel (Billy) Flanagan, Amy (Brian) Egan; grandchildren, Tryg, Kale & Seeley; her loyal dog, Gracie; siblings, Betty Bradley, Barb (Gary) Solomonson, Billy (Joyce) Aune, and Jim (Patti) Aune, and Karen (Bob) Paris, and many friends. 

Sue/Sooz/Suzi/Suz/Susie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by many. 

A celebration of Suz's life will be held when permitted.
