Preceded in death by father, Henry; and sister, Kathy Colaizy.

Survived by mother, Dolores "DeeDee"; son, Taylor; siblings, Karen (Tom) Koren, Larry (Kelley), and Kim; nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Tom will be held from 9-11 AM Monday, June 3 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home - Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. at County Road B.
