Victor Shepperd

Age 97, of Roseville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 19, 2022.​Preceded in death by parents, Erwin & Alice (Birkholz) Shepperd; and siblings, Ralph Shepperd, Arthur Shepperd & Carolyn Dangers.​Survived by loving wife of 73 years, Gladys; children, Lynette (Scott) Erickson, Mark (Mary) Shepperd, John (Susan) Shepperd, Joan Shepperd, Paula (Scott) Freeman; 11 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and brother, Howard Shepperd.​Vic was born on the family farm in Howard Lake, MN on November 30, 1924. He was baptized and confirmed at St. James Lutheran Church in Howard Lake. He graduated from Howard Lake H.S. in June, 1943 and enlisted in the Army Air Corps in June, 1943. Vic served his country as a tail gunner on a B-26 bomber during WWII while stationed in Europe. Following the war, he was employed by Firestone Tire for 34 years in sales & management. Vic was a charter member of King of Kings Lutheran Church, where he served on various committees during his membership.​Funeral service 11 AM Saturday, April 30 at King of Kings Lutheran Church, 2330 N. Dale St., Roseville.
